Wall sandwich-panels — are light three-layer panels, consisting of two outer layers which are galvanized and coloured lists (covered with protective film) and the layer of the insulation of firm polyurethane (PUR).
Wall sandwich panels are used as enclosing structures for the construction of buildings for various purposes, for the installation of refrigeration chambers and freezing industrial warehouses, and can also be used as partitions and ceiling panels.
Strict quality control and compliance of wall panels with fire, sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements ensures leadership positions. The wall panel is a three-layer structure. The outer layers of the panel include a skin and a protective coating.
A galvanized steel sheet 0.40 mm thick with a polymer coating or without coating is used as a panel covering. The protective coating is a special film with a thickness of 50 microns, which protects the surface of the sandwich panel from damage during transportation and installation, and is freely removed after installation.
The inner layer is the space between the sheets, which is filled with high—quality thermal insulation material — polyurethane foam (PUR)
