SANDWICH WALL PANELS WITH A MINERAL WOOL INSULATION

The main advantage of sandwich panels with basalt fiber (mineral wool) is their high stability in high temperature. This is a unique material in its category that has a certificate of the NF (non-flammability) category (combustibility).

Panels with mineral wool are demanded for the construction of prefabricated buildings for various purposes. The light weight of the structures greatly facilitates their installation, transportation and storage.

Advantages of the panels with mineral wool

It is easy to process mineral-wool: its light and comfortable in cutting and in the process of installation is convenient. This material allows the implementation of non-standard solutions due to its lightness.

The use of the basalt fiber provides opportunities to seize the opportunity of its advantages

  • non-combustibility. Mineral wool is fireproof and does not support combustion processes;
  • low thermal conductivity. Because of this its easier to sustain a comfortable microclimate in any season.
  • mechanical durability. The vertical order of the fibers characterized by the high-rigidity, and the material is resistant to deformation;
  • vapor tightness. Sandwich panels with basalt insulation are designed in such a way as to prevent the penetration of moisture into the room and pass excess steam in the opposite direction;
  • good noise insulation. The structure of the material is porous, which ensures the absorption of street noise;
  • resistance to high temperatures. Basalt fibers do not deform even at 10,000C, provided that it causes no mechanical loads. The material does not melt and does not emit toxins.
