ROOF SANDWICH PANELS WITH POLYURETHANE FOAM INSULATION

Roofing sandwich panels are three–layer trapezoidal panels with polyurethane foam insulation (PUR). They are used as roofing for all types of buildings with a roof slope of more than 5-7°.

They have excellent thermal insulation characteristics and are resistant to corrosion.

Structure

Structurally, the roofing sandwich panel is a three-layer structure. The outer layers of the panel consist of a skin and a protective coating.

The covering of the roof panel is made of galvanized steel sheets 0.40-0.50 mm. As a protective coating, a polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.5 mm acts, which protects the roofing panels from mechanical damage. The inner layer is the space between the sheets, which is filled with polyurethane foam (PUR), which acts as a high-quality thermal insulation material.

Design of roofing sandwich panels

Basic parameters:

  • Surface: on the one hand, the profile of the panel has stiffeners in the form of trapezoidal projections with a height of 40 mm, on the other hand, a micro profile with a depth of 1.5 mm.
  • Filler: hard polyurethane foam (PUR, PIR) is used
  • Width: 0.96 mm.
  • Length: up to 12,000 mm.
  • Thickness: 60, 80, 100 mm.

Features

Sheathing: Galvanized painted sheet metal 0.40 mm thick
Filler: Rigid polyurethane foam (PUR)
Protective coating: Polyethylene film 50 microns thick
Panel thickness: 50, 75, 100, 150mm
Working width of the panel: 0.96 mm
Panel length: up to 6000 mm
